April 1, 2019 (Toronto, ON) – Big Star Recordings artist Aaron Pritchett today hit #1 on the Nielsen BDS Canadian country radio chart with his latest single ‘Better When I Do’, produced by Scott Cooke. Hot off the heels of his Out on the Town EP release this past January, and his two month sold out cross-Canada tour, the country crooner started the year on a high note, and momentum isn’t slowing down any time soon.

“I am so thrilled there has been such a massive response to this song, and I am so grateful to my fans for their support,” says Pritchett. “To my friends at Canadian country radio - I don’t even think there are words to describe how appreciative I am that you have stuck by me for all these years! Your love and support means the absolute world to me and has since April 14th, 2000 when my music hit the airwaves for the very first time. And, here we are 19 years later with a #1 single for ‘Better When I Do’. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all so much!”

A mainstage staple in Canadian country music, Aaron Pritchett continues to deliver fresh new music, while refusing to abandon the down-home sincerity in his songs that has been his trademark since his career inception. Pritchett has become known for his charting anthems since his Top 10, GOLD-certified hit “Hold My Beer,” followed by the 2008 hit “Let’s Get Rowdy” and “Dirt Road in ‘Em,” the lead track from his #1 album The Score.

With a #1 single under his belt and many more 2019 tour dates to be announced soon, it’s clear there is no stopping Aaron Pritchett. For more information, please visit www.aaron-pritchett.com.
